  • @Artdrum

I knew your dad. Vern was a great pilot and a real funny man. I just recently saw a vid(30 yrs of Airattack) that had a water drop at Hollister. In it, it referred to your dad and that person said that he/she really missed him. But I don't know what became of your dad. Opening as few wounds as possible I really would like to know what happen to him. I remember Vern, RO, Jim, Steve, Norm and Paul, and your dad was always the one that made that place real interesting.

    Thank you, Don

  • No it dosn't I miss hearing them from 10 miles away!!!!!! And the green and orange color!!!!! My first obsession!!!!!!!

  • What a rush, he has a way better plane now. Semper Fidelis Daddy

  • Yes I'm pretty proud too. Do you feel like lying and telling him we are on good terms? He's hanging by a thread and that would make him v happy. It ain't no sin to make a dying man happy.-Jennifer Schindele Campbell

  • Thank you so much! I just talked to him and he's excited about seeing these. Have a good one and thanks again.
