ARTA HSV-010GT 小林崇志選手 鈴鹿オンボード

2010年8月21日午後、2010 AUTOBACS SUPER GT第6戦「Pokka GT SUMMER SPECIAL」の公式予選が鈴鹿サーキットで行なわれました。
ノックダウン方式で行なわれた予選では、No.8 ARTA HSV-010の第3ドライバー 小林崇志選手が、デビュー戦でポールポジションを獲得しました。

後半の小暮卓史選手との比較映像は、コンディションが全く異なる為あまり参考にはなりませんが、勢いで作ってしまいました・・・。

@golferchin76 I'm pretty sure Aguri agrees with me that Kobayashi has a lot of potential. Coming in to the Suzuka 1000 as a guess driver with no HSV practice time prior to his qualifying lap, manages to best not on the drivers of the other teams but also his 2 veteran teammates who are driving the same car. This earned him a spot as a driver for the 2011 ARTA team. Golf I know you're a race car driver and I am absolutely sure you know how important it is to have practice time in a race car.

@golferchin76 Ito is still in the Super GT series but he does not dominate in Suzuka. After 07 round 1 lap record no team was able to come close to that time because of different regulations. Another thing is that record was set in round 1 where the engines were fresh. Round 1 record for Suzuka was 1'53 and this lap you see Kobayashi lap was round 6. Engines were not as fresh and probably didn't produce as much power. Kobayashi is now ONE of the drivers for the ARTA 2011 team.

@golferchin76 Maybe you didn't know, yes Kobayashi's lanes were not perfect, but this is his 1st time in the HSV-010. It was his 1st time in the machine when he was doing this lap. He had no practice time in the car, that is why I said he is amazing because he beat his 2 veteran teammates (Ralph Firman/Yuji Ide) and everyone else in the event. I don't think you should compare the 2007 NSXs to any other years because the 07 year was the fastest Super GT cars.

@c312eal not very convincing speed for a Super GT driver. Every Super GT driver grew up lapping Suzuka in single seaters. Kobayashi's lines were a bit off in a few areas in this lap. Every time you are a bit off, you add .2 to .3 sec to your lap time.

ARTA won this round but Kobayashi went back to race Formula Nippon.

Daisuke set the fastest Suzuka Super GT lap record below 1:50 I think back in 07? Regulation changed a bit but 1:55.237 is below GT 500 standard.
