What a smart teacher, you can tell from her ideas that she is educated and qualified. Teachers make the difference in education, not high up programs that put ridiculous demands on already-strained systems with no additional funding (NCLB). Let's start giving teachers a little credit. The United States can learn from the Finnish educational system. One of the dumbest developed countries, even students in the US with good teacher do not want to learn, and do not try to succeed.
