@Snake28 I know it might be too late (your post is 5 months old lol), but I'd go for the bigger bag. In this case, the Citizen. I bought a small Timbuk2 and while it's nice, it couldn't hold much else if I had my 13" laptop in it. I'm guessing the next smaller Chrome bag is alike to my Timbuk2 small. I might get a Citizen myself now actually.

what would suit me better - mini-metro or citizen? I'm planning to carry a 13" laptop with a thin notebook, but sometimes i might need to bring a lab jacket. On the weekends when I go play sports I would have to bring a pair of sweats, hoodie, t-shirt, and shorts. Would all of that even fit in a mini-metro or would the citizen be too big for my needs?

@Snake28 I'd say Citizen. But to each their own. Try them out at the store or order both and return the one you can't use.
