Finally a bharatanatyam danseuse with real attack, precision, and class. One who utilises karanas and adavus with a depth of integrity and understanding that far surpasses her contemporaries in the field, and yet makes it look simple. She is a real temple dancer. She communicates through gesture and inspires through truthful ecstacy.Very refreshing, and gives hope for a renewal of bharatanatyam. Brava Ms Rangarajan.

So Glad to see you Janaki after almost 25 years. I dont know if you can recall - I learnt bahrathanatyam with Madhavi Chandrasekhar. You were small girl your grandma used to bring you to class. You played Seetha in Ramayanam dance drama.
