  • Pretty damm scary. The more gravelly and old looking the better. There was closing theme from Andy Griffith, that I saw maybe once, where the music was totally off-key, and the print was very ancient looking. It was so old that it had the original pinball logo.

  • It's not as good without the timpani running until well after the screen has gone black.

  • @compretrofan66 I agree about the "gravelly and old looking" part. A distorted jingle track and worn film really

raise that scare factor and turn fairly frightening idents into turbo-scary monsters. You have got to check out MGM Television1961. It will almost scare you out of your skin.

  • @britfrenir thats when I saw it on the twilight zone reruns on ch11wpix back in the days

  • hey this is slightly lower piched

  • Don't worri I'll tmae this using the 90's Viacom jingle and CBS Paramount logos

  • I saw this on "The Twilight Zone" and I have it on VHS and uploaded it on a Yahoo Group from "The Andy Griffith Show".

  • I think here was a version with this logo, but slower music, as seen on #10. It was spotted on the Beverly Hillbillies.

  • This was taken from "The Andy Griffith Show"
