Don Stevison, BS '57, was working as a nuclear physicist for the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base when fellow employees convinced him to start playing the banjo with them. Since then, he has performed with the Kettering Banjo Society, written several music books, taught banjo lessons over Skype to students in other countries and tested mustache wax formulas (thanks to his distinctive handlebar mustache). For all his efforts to promote the banjo, he was inducted into the National Four-String Banjo Hall of Fame in 2008.
