Nia in Israel - Interview with Adi Goren

A personal viewpoint on the experience of Nia as a transformative tool for change. Idit Bosnak, local TV Journalist interviews Nia Brown Belt teacher Adi Goren, about her personal perspective of Nia. Adi shares her grasp on the Nia expereince, explaining what Nia is to her, what Nia does. In the interview Adi shares her personal path from architect to Nia teacher, and her vision on the notion of community in the Nia experience as well as Nia as a lifestyle practice.

The interview is in Hebrew, shot in October 2009 in Ra'anana Holmes Place studio as well as in Ra'anana's park. It includes footage from Nia Black belt and trainer, Casey Bernstein's class given during the White Belt Intensive Training in Hod Hasharon, May 2009. Also includes footage from a class by Black Belt Nia teacher Jim Williams from NY in his visit to Israel in July 2009.
