This contemporary home was designed by architect Karl Kamrath (1911-1988) a student of Franklin Lloyd Wright. Kamrath was a devotee of Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian architecture. Please see this site for more information on the architect. http://www.tshaonline.org/handbook/online/articles/KK/fka... Built by H.A. Lott (google-4-info) owner/occupant who also built the Astrodome, Houston Police Dept HQ & many comm'l buildings in Houston. http://www.emporis.com/application/?nav=company&lng=3&id=105388.

The Home has been recently updated with extraordinary care taken to preserve the integrity of the Architect's vision.

Water & golf course views, 36,041 sq.ft lot.

Sources indicate this home was an actual design purchased from Frank Lloyd Wright's collection. We know Mr. Kamrath was instrumental in the acquisition and the build, however, we are unable to confirm this is an actual FLW work therefore seller and realtor cannot guarantee it as fact.

  • The house was nice but the reason why the house was torn down was because the main pipes were rusted. Since the pipes were rusted they would have to demolish 2/3 of the house down to fix the pipes. 2/3

  • Cannot believe it has gone to the wrecking ball. Stupid people!!
