The Isley Brother And the Doobie Brothers both tried this.I regret to inform them that their versions are not as good.

I mean no offense to them or their fans as both of those groups have songs that no other group can touch.

(((( IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SOUND.)))))

However this version grabs me almost from the start, and doesn't let me go until it's finished with me (I think the real music lovers know what I mean) ((((((ENJOY KIM WESTON))))))

  • You're right, the original is the greatest. Released September 2, 1965, Kim's version towers above any covers made in its wake. I was 11 when this came out that autumn and my first copy was in my collection before it was a month old. Pity it is that Motown never released an original album on Kim back in those days, and there was plenty of collected material to do it. Like her work with H-D-H her collaboration with Smokey, produced the still-memorable "Looking For The Right Guy." We remember Kim.

  • Kim Weston Rocks! I hear she is a DJ in the motor city!! Awesome Woman!

  • @necktieguy1

Almost any Music store should carry it .....Look for oldies or motown compilations ....If the store don't have it Shop somewhere else......As they are not worth going back to

    Thanks
