I have a mechanic friend at the dealership. If your Jeep says "Trail Rated" on the side, the dealer should fix it.

Friends 2004 rubicon busted a axle up front and the dealer said they will cover the d44 axle up to a 35 inch tire, and the d30 up to 33 inches
