Nicole Kidman - Bangkok Hilton [In Motion]

A music video of the TV mini series/TV movie from 1989 "Bangkok Hilton".
Nicole was in her early twenties when this movie was made. 22 years ago to be exact ;-)

I've focused on Kat (Nicole Kidman) and her inmates at the worst prison in Thailand, where you can come in, but never leave...
While Kat is in England looking for her father she meets a boy who she soon falls in love with. They travel to Thailand together after Kat learns her father might be there. While in Thailand she is told that her father has no wish to see her and they decide to travel back to Australia. But her new boyfriend isn't the prince charming she thought he was.. At the airport Kat is brought in by airport security staff when the sutecase carrying her photo equipment (which was given to her by her boyfriend) contains a large amount of Heroin. Kat is sent to court where she is charged, though innocent for the crime and sent to Bangkok Hilton to wait for the upcoming trial where she will face a death-sentence.
She tries to escape from the prison after the trial is over - as she recently lost her inmate friend - killed the way she will soon be killed.
I have not included the ending of this movie because I don't want to ruin it. So again - it ends with sort of a cliffhanger.
This is one of my favorite Nic movies =)

even if u get done with 15 yabah tablets for thai people 6 to 25 years. if u are farang people and if u pay 25millon baht to the judge and police u will get off with a slap on the rist. but thats not the point . thai law is thai law importing and exporting of the narcotics in or out of thailand is highly risky business when ya get off the plane there is signage everywere in 30 diferent languages saying drugs me death how stuped are tourists

very sad film. It does make you wonder how many other people that have been set up and are totally innocent and serving many many years in prison. who would believe them in a place like that.  very scary!!
