An Ancient Threat (SWRP Second Life)

Darth Validus finally reveals his true intentions for the galaxy. Having access to a large derelict fleet of ancient Star Destroyers from his old Empire, but now lacking the manpower to crew and deploy them, he hatches a malicious plot to conquer the galaxy.

Using his unrivaled expertise in the arts of Sith Alchemy, Darth Validus creates a monstrosity of organic flesh and advanced technology fused together and enhanced with the Dark Side of the Force, housing it deep within his flagship; the SSD Ravager. He names this abomination LEGION, for its ability to be one voice from many minds; possessing the ability to infect and take control of most known technologies without the need for operators or crew.

Now possessing a terrifyingly large and fully operational fleet, housing thousands of reactivated Dark Troopers infected with LEGION, Darth Validus unleashed them on an unsuspecting galaxy. The galaxy needs heroes now more than ever...

@evatnorth It's Second Life (Google it), it's completely free to play but you usually have to spend some money on in-world items to customise your avatar. It has a very steep learning curve but I think it's worth the effort.

@DandoVor Search for Star Wars under the Second Life search page under Places. Alternatively, come along to the Byss sim (that's its actual name) when someone is around and they should be able to point you to whichever group you're interested in.

It's Homeworld 2 heavily modified by the Warlords mod. ;)

It's a fantastic mod, though very much a sandbox. I had to record a lot more battles like that before I got the footage I wanted.
