can make a lower-only teeth guard out of an

upper sports silicon teeth guard (by putting it in hot water and then placing it over my lower teeth) will it fit?

i can't seem to find a seperated teeth guards for only upper and only lower teeth-only an upper teeth or a double...

yo when you bite into the mold you supposed to bite down as hard as you can right because when i got my first grill i bit down a little and my fangs never felt right???
