I saw this movie/documentary. It was very good. It's amazing how much the Walton family and the CEO make each year, but the average Walmart worker makes under $14,000 each year! Now that's a pyramid...the corporate pyramid! Check out my channel to learn more.

Best Wishes,
Brad Marcus

I don't know if the movie is creditable or not but i would not put a past at them and for the gun comment for some people they are one pay check of being homeless and to rich to go on welfare so in some case yes they do have a gun to there head , when they have kids a house and hydro to pay. I seen them as a shade of grey and please look at all side before putting that

My question is this: Who exactly is holding the gun to your head and ordering you to work at WalMart? If no one applied for those jobs WalMart would have no employees. It's not walMart's fault. YOU allow yourselves to be treated the way you complain about. Me? I can't knock $4 t-shirts. Quit whining. Go work somewhere else. Free will: Use it or lose it.

Most of the small businesses close when Wal-Mart comes to town. Where are they supposed to work?

@SuperLuigiGuy: The Wal-Mart in my town just cut ALL of its full time employees to part time, even the managers. That is practically forcing people to quit.

The problem with this is, my town is small and rural (less then 9k people) and all of the surviving stores (small businesses) are run by their owners and families, with no other employees.

There is no place else to work, except factories.

the turnover rate isn't exactly Wal*Mart's fault. People QUIT. It's not as if Wal Mart points a gun at you and says "Quit now."
