Thanks alot. I cleaned the carb especially the that brass nut with the holes and it works great. Even raised the rpm's like you said. Great advice.

Even thu i haven't started working in my Toro....but that was helpful...any idea why my toro starts and smoke alot...then when its off it leaks gas...im so cheap...can i fix it?

I have the same thrower. Picked it up. Ran a bit rough, found he had the linkage on wrong. Took it apart, decided to clean the carb. put it back together and it ran great. It sat, I went to start it again, it flooded easy and also filled the bottom of the motor with fuel. Took the bown cover off again and seems like the float spring lets the float hang way low. Could this be my problem? All it wants to do is flood out. I think I must have disturbed the float. How do I readjust it again? Thanks!
