is it possible to do characters and environments with inking, coloring, drawing, painting etc..? not entirely a master at tricks of all trades but become somewhat of an expert in multiple areas

@Lanedude08 Draw something from life, then wait 10-20 minutes, and draw the same thing again, but this time without looking at the real object, and without referencing your own work.

Thanks for tips but for some reason I suck regardless I mean my dad draws so good and I draw like crap I don't know maybe my dads talent will rub off on me someday but for now I suck

777 YOUR recommendation of drawing an image multiple times cannot be stressed enough!! practice makes perfect!! it is the best advice for any artist!! 777 I liked the drawings you did from your brain without using a reference, It is that skill I would like to see more people develop....unfortunately everyone gives up and takes manga/comic book lessons... which is cool looking art, but when you have it become the new industry standard, it just ruins an artists individuality/unique characteristic
