@Eterud He's obviously training for powerlifting. I don't think he cares too much about size.

@Eterud I can asure you my friend, that he and his coaches knows a lot more about training than you will ever do. He knows what he is doing.

He's lifting a lot for his age/size, that's for sure.
but he's training badly ineffective, he would have more gains in strength and mass if he takes lower weights and trains slower. (2seconds down, 1 second rest, 1 second up, no rest repeat.iss a thing that I like, a lot harder than normal squats, but gotta make sure you don't injure your knee's(pre-conditioning ftw).
If he would train squats at let's say 60-70 kg but at that speed he would be gaining more than now.

Nogen speciel grund til det hidsige lockout, der nærmest bliver til et PP? Det må være helvede for hans traps, og må gøre det svært at holde ordentlig position...

His technique is very bad! Stop him doing that now! His knees shouldnt go over his toes.
