I think you voided the warranty. Gather the parts and mail them in for service just in case you didnt.

What a fitting end for an HP copier. I have a printer/scanner that won't scan, but does still print.

@oilhammer04 This one would trash the paper and not scan...so Tannerite was used to dislodge the paper jam.
