The Instructions are provided within the link itself.
Some of the instructions are false about getting the DLC's to work.
Just google NPLoader 0.7 and the DLC will work on any kind of ISO your using.

Oh, MasterJ360, You DO need a hacked PSP yes, But I downloaded it, And I put it in my game folder, and I used my Dissidia 012 game DISC, we dont need to download the iso if we got the disc. What im trying to say is... If you have the disc, and a hacked psp. all you need to do is download the DLC and put it in your game folder, and play Dissidia -12

@George5315 To be honest I'm not so sure if this will work on a UMD, but its well worth the try. If it doesn't work then you'll need the ISO of the game, which is what I used and works.

when I looked on my characters, there was no DLC. There was another Dissidia but I just opened the original and it works properly. My problem is just only I can't see the DLCs.
