You need to get your hands on the album Batman: Arkham Asylum. Reading that gets you treated to Joker dressed in all the horror and madness he is worthy of. Also, if your idea of a villain is world domination and nothing else, Batman really isn't your thing.

Catwoman is an anti-herorine, crossing the line between herorine & villianess, because of her mutual attraction for & to Batman, whether it be as the Bat & Cat or simply as Bruce & Selina. Hell, the Huntress is their child in an alternate timeline, for pete's sake!
