A 13 year old boy by the name of Aeske Seidai (Cuddles von Rebel) is put in an orphanage when his birth parents are killed by a psycho on the loose. He falls in love with Keiko Taichi (Qui Fen Yun), but Aeske is soon adopted. Things go fine at first until the psycho continues his rampage on the next town over- Aeske's new hometown. Chaos breaks out when the faculty at Aeske's school begin to go missing, and the murderer seems to be getting closer and closer to Aeske's new family...
