  • Goldberg was pretty dangerous at times but he wasn't seasoned enough to be in the position he was in. That was WCW's fault, not his.

  • "And Bill was someone that you would have never been able to get that match out of Bill at that point in his career if you didn't lay it out" - DDP.

I agreee whole-heartedly with that comment. How can I disagree? Goldberg is one of those guys who needs a lot of prematch instructions, preparation & planning in the dressing room right before a big match is about to take place. Goldberg doesn't have the ability to call a match on the fly in the ring. If someone's not leading him, forget about it

  • This was awesome.

  • And Sid Vicious says Goldberg wasn't over. I lol's at that stupid shoot. Goldberg was more over than Vicious could have ever dreamed to be.

  • Y2J whooped Goldbergs ass off cameras

  • @tthomaselli2 Out of it. Goldberg at that point in the match, because of the earlier impact on his head was just out of it. He was purely focusing on what he was suppose to do, on the gameplan set prior to the match, however it was the only thing keeping him going, as he just wasn't aware of anything else. Think of the moments when you think really hard and someone is talking to you and you just phase them out. Only this was because of a hit to the head.

  • So the moral of the story is Goldberg was garbage in the ring

  • being "out on your feet" just means that your are up and walking around but not really responsive. Like when you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Goldberg hitting his head on the mat would cause him to be "out on his feet" for awhile. DDP has apparently done the same thing many times before.

  • 11:11.; What'd DDP mean by "He's out on his feet."?

  • 10:07-12:39.; What happened, here, again?

Also, at 12:19.; What'd DDP mean by "I've been there so many times."?

  • 8:36.; Who hates DDP?

  • I'm a big pro wrestling fan, as well & if you ask me, the DDP/Goldberg match from 'WCW Halloween Havoc 1998' was a real classic, in my view.
