  • lendrum, your a dumbass.. dont speak of what you do not know.. full rom is not optimal for someone who is body building.. hes hitting shoulders therefor he is keeping the work load and tension in his shoulders from OPTIMAL shoulder growth. dont b soo quick to speak on subjects you know little about

  • hey need help here... ive only been in the gym fer 3 months well im takin it slow... its about my sets and repeatition... well i started this last month... back then was doin 15 repeatition 3 sets but i recover so long... thats why i changed it to 8 repeatition and 5 sets so that i can recover fast... is this a good move or not?
