hey need help here... ive only been in the gym fer 3 months well im takin it slow... its about my sets and repeatition... well i started this last month... back then was doin 15 repeatition 3 sets but i recover so long... thats why i changed it to 8 repeatition and 5 sets so that i can recover fast... is this a good move or not?
You mislabeled the last few sets of shrugs and called them flys...
