Michael Chance's tongue can do whatever it wants as far as I'm concerned! The devilishness is in the ever so slight lisp... just ask Alan Rickman! Seriously, individuality overrides uber-perfectionism unless one is looking for a vocal automaton. Deller, Bowman, Chance, Scholl - and so on... breathtakingly human each in their own way. Etherial violin. Bravo all.

Disappointing... The performance of Andreas Scholl is just sooooo much more beautiful and naturally artistic. There is too much throat sound in this one, and hardly any diction...
