120+ competitors competing head to head in 4 workouts over the course of 2 days. I ended up taking 12th place. Here are the workouts:

Day 1:
WOD 1: 1000 meter sprint
WOD 2: Max Clean & Jerk in 3 attempts within a 30 minute period
WOD 3: 5 rounds for time of:
21 Full Squat Thrusters 95#
21 Double Unders

Day 2 - WOD 4: 5 rounds for time of:
9 pullups
9 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 95#
9 Burpees
9 Power Snatches 95#

  • good job!!! double unders and thrusters gotta be fun

  • @lukesimianer Thanks... Anyone who has done any full out efforts of thrusters for 7+ minutes knows how destructive those babies are. They made the event on day 2 difficult.

  • @CrossfitBrent haha I did the ft benning infantry x-fit called pain storm and it throws thrusters in in a good way.
