i got the A by ear, but i dont like tuning from the other strings, can i hear all the other strings individually? or do you know any other video that could show me?

Don't take shortcuts. Learn to tune this way and it will benefit you later. If you can hear A on the first string you can find the A's on the other three strings also. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Jim, you're a great teacher, but is the tuning the same for all Ukes? I've just acquired a tenor and am new to it all.

The baritone (largest) uke is tuned like the highest four notes of the guitar D G B E. Soprano, concert and tenor ukes are tuned G C E A (C tuning) or A D F# B (D tuning) or C tuning with a low G string on the 4th instead of G a fifth above middle C. Hope this helps. Jim

If you mean an electronic tuner, yes, if it is a chromatic (all 12 notes) tuner.
