Really smart dude. I tried it and it works. I slid into the snake and my rotor hit the ground. Lid flew open but nothing came out. Saved me a reload and got me two kills.

I can't *wait* to get mine either. I also think it's pretty cool that if you wanted to (not saying you would) you could use the lid and leave the speedfeed on too. I dunno maybe just as like extra protection on days you use the lid to prevent balls from coming out if your lid accidently pops open during dives and etc.
