The World Bank is working with Uganda to develop projects that support the country's energy sector and that address its energy crisis in the short- and long run. The Bujagali Hydropower project is part of Uganda's renewable energy solution ...
Just as we all want development is it really viable we already have two dams in Jinja two debts that our parents have heaped onto us without solving the power problem,(and they will leave us to pay the debts)really, will we be better off heavliy in debt or better be poor but owe no one which is the better option?
What economic boom? They will take out the last remaining resources (a few drops of oil and environment now spoiled) out of the contry, and than good bye Uganda.
This is fuckin bulshit.
