Shhh. Do not disturb the 2009 Hyundai Genesis V6. It may be the quietest car we've ever driven. It would be rude to interrupt it.

As Hyundai's newest creation slips slyly into the luxury sedan market, we can hear the silent screams of some other fancy automakers.

This car is nice. Really nice. Like why-would-we-spend-our-money-anywhere-else nice. It's the Cadillac of Hyundais.

@sacdude20 Actually this guy is a bit annoying and he doesn't even know what is he talking about but well... while he is trying to avoid my comments (comments with facts about how Hyundai hides its defects trough bribes)... @tom11zz884 lexus isnt all that. yes they are nice but id take a genesis any day. specially the 2012 5.0 r spec. in another year or so lexus will be in hyundais dust

@Skampo1119 Ah i see, well the once in 3 months servicing hasn't happened to me yet, and the 18" tires are actual not that bad. For good tires i can get all 4 changed for about 500-600 including balancing and rotating for the life of the tires. I primarily use Kumho, mostly cuz of the price, the Ecsta's are awesome, better then the 230 a piece bridgestones, in my opinion.

@ :) I was actually thinking about once in 3 months servicing and tires for 18" isn't that cheap is it? I should have rephrased it saying servicing. It's Korean so obviously it's cheaper to maintain.

@Skampo1119 haha funny you say that cuz i do have a v6 genesis with the 18" wheels. In these 2 years, i only had 2 minor maintenances. Totaling 200. That is pretty cheap, considering within 2 years my uncle's 7 series had problems with the electrical system, resulting in him having to spend 5k in trying to fix it. SO he spent 25 times the cost, for a car thats 3-4 times more expensive.

Yes it may be cheap, but once you change tires with those 18" wheels and servicing cost, your in for a treat...

It is crazy how much I like that car. It just seems....right. Mid $30,000s. A powerful V6 and 6speed auto. Some nice interior design. A nice leather interior. And its chockful of electronic gadgets. I really do like that car.
