Turbo 4.0 V6 Mustang vs Corvette and GT500

Last run of the season for the Bad Wolf. I didn't get as close to 11s as I would have liked, but I only got two runs in and had some serious wheel hop. I don't think I'll be going back to Island any time soon.

Island is a decent runway, you just have to get there early. Wednesday nights or early Sundays is when my car club goes if you ever want to tag along!

Yeah, I got there both Sunday's that I went in 07 and 09 and the result was the same; 2 runs all day. It's a damn breakdown fest and the drive and cost just are not worth it when I can get 4 times the runs @ LVD. Both tracks are about the same for hooking and there seems to be a lot fewer cars oiling down the track up here. I do appreciate the invite, it's just not going to happen.

i love this car i have a 2008 red v6 that im hoping to turbo i have just an intake and full exhaust think u could send me something on what all u did to urs so i have an idea how to get mine fast enough to dust them fuckin v8 shit talkers

@forced4motorsports 117 trap speed,well done.find another motor,throw it on a stand and build it up,bulletproof it and low compresion slugs then turn up the boost.thats what I do in spare time,I got a stand in my room,buiding up vq35 right now.Always have an extra motor handy.

I had lakewoods in & the time. I've since put in some anti squat brackets and I've got some adjustable konis to go in before I run this year. Should lessen the squat and hopefully stop the wheel hop. I've also switched to bias ply DRs.

What kind of shocks/springs do you have in this setup? The rear end looks like it's slouching way too much under 1st-2nd gear torque... Nice runs though :)
