@ayla7 great job making the rabbit stifado! The bouillon cubes i use for the beef stifado to give the taste a better base.
Yes, i use shallots often too.
Maizena is the quick way to thicken it, letting it thicken by evaporating great.

Looks great, just cooked today a "kouneli stifado" - rabbit stifado :) it was just amazing, the meat soft like i-dont-know-what.
I'd just recommend you to leave away the bouillon cubes (it just takes away the 'original taste'), to use shallots (little violet onions) instead of big onions and also to leave away the maizena - if you want to make it thicker, put the lid away and leave the water to evaporate. Give it a try and send a feedback! "Kalli orexi" :)
I love your recipes!!!! Keep up the good work :)

Is there a Greek Maangchi? Wondering where do you get your recipes for Greek food. Also, your kitchen's spotless...sping*

@ameliabedelia99 A Greek Maangchi? I didn't find her yet :) My greek recipes come from various sources, Greek holidays, online and just experimenting.
