Signing of this treaty will effectively hand over all sovereignty to the United Nations usurping each nation's Constitution. President Obama is expected to sign.

This guy, Lord Monckton, is with the Heartland Institute. Heartland is a group that works for big corporations with a "science" problem.

They fabricated junk science to question the link between tobacco and cancer for Phillip Morris. Now their fabricating junk science for Exxon Mobile questioning the consensus opinion on climate change.

Thanks for this comment. When researching the info you left here, I found some other very interesting stuff on Heartland. It does not, however, change the ramifications of signing this treaty. And that my friend is the entire purpose of sharing this video.

Article 2; Section 2 of the Constituion:

"He [The President] shall have the power ...to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur..."

The President can't enter into a treaty all by himself. He needs 67 Senators to sign onto the Treaty, as well.

This guy's entire argument is based on a fallacy.

Besides, even if this treaty was signed, it doesn't usurp the US Constitution. There's no authority above the Constitution that we recognize that could enforce it.
