weird and scary thing is, that's how many peopl's lives go about. they get a well enough education, find love, lose love, maybe join the military, get a better job, get tons of money, and lose it all gambling or something. then maybe, they find love again, have a kid and it starts all over. god i hope that doesnt happen to me...

That's the point exactly. People should never regard money and material as important factors. These make our lives useless.
Note also, the main character finds the very same girl he loved once at a very old age.

It is called Victrolaphonic and it was composed by my friend Sotiris Vrettos. It was a great inspiration for my story.
