Not bad, I used to do TKD but gave it up. Is this at that place near Dragon and Phoenix? Thats the only dojo ive ever seen in town (assuming you live in Owatonna since its in the tag).

yes that's the one. there are actually two tkd schools in town now, one takes place in a gym..ours is the only dojo!

We are getting a new building soon kind of down the street from where we are now.

no you are right, they aren't that good. apparently i'm learning that when I get tired I shorten up my stances quite a bit!

Like the honest bit at the end failed hope the rest that you need do for Black Belt was just mist off the film and as been covered in the test. Just read the text for Grades from Kukkiwon or the World Tae Kwondo Federation its there under special techs,,Application

Very good grading, when getting a black, its not just your performance on the day, its how you perforned also over the years to get up to your black belt, I just done my second Dan Testing, even though I could do everything great leading upto my grading, the day of the test I messed up a little due to nerves, but they know this and are a little leniant, youve done well, thanks for sharing

I did my forms and everything else almost perfectly when I was training for my black belt, unfortunately during my testing I messed up a little, I am pretty sure you didn't do too well probably just cause of the pressure. When I tested, I was the only black belt testing, and that was kind of nerve racking for me

Of course Black Belts are not perfect. No one is perfect. One of the main reasons for Martial Arts is "The Never Ending Quest For Perfection".

People might think this is WTF because the forms you do are the WTF forms "Taeguk Poomse" I love hook kicks. As you were doing it on video I found myself coaching the monitor...

One of my videos in my profile shows a nice 180 hook plus a non-PERFECT board break I did a few months ago.

i like how you say black belts arent perfect, we are supposed to be perfect thats what makes us black belts (im a 3rd dan goin for my 4th soon)
