第二次用爆谷機烘焙咖啡豆,今次都係用Colombia Supremo(哥倫比亞 特級) 咖啡豆,由於上次既烘焙出唻酸味好重,所以今次烘耐d ,總共烘左七分鐘,大約三分鐘左右聽到第一爆,到五分鐘左右結束,但係就仲未聽到第二爆既聲音。今次烘焙出唻既結果幾好,酸味冇咁刺激,反而好似酒酸咁好香醇,清清楚楚感覺到舌頭既兩側對呢種酸味有好強烈既反應。質感同回甘味就一般。http://www.xanga.com/jakelau/663124661/2252008.html
