Lovely video my dear! I actually never thought about the sun's energy coming into you, that's very insightful. And great points! I live up North too so I understand.

Eat meat cook your food. Enjoy life and live well. it has never been our diet to eat raw food as we are omnivores. we cook food and live well the only reason for 100% raw diet is hippie logic.

You need vit D in the winter. Which only comes from the sun (which you don't have enough in the northern zones) and from .....BUTTER. Being 100% Raw Food in the winter is only possible with staying healthy if you don't have to work hard labour in the cold. Sorry but that's the truth.

Hi; loved the talk about eating sunshine in an orange during winter. Haven't thought of that way. It was nice and warming to hear you talk about fuel and energy in that way! :)
Love and Peace...

Do you know of Raw Food distributors that I can directly reach out to and buy in cases? I am touching toronto tomorrow! (Yeaah) as a new immigrant. totally new to the city (i have lived and worked in the US for three years now). Also do you know of raw vegans network in toronto? I am more of a Dr Graham follower (811). I know there are many schools of thought out there.
Hi Nathalie, I love your videos. Are there any vegetables that I can grow during the winter?

Hey! It would really depend on where you live, check your "plant hardiness zones" and see what might grow there. :) Oh and you could do indoor plants, like herbs and stuff.

Hi Nathalie. A fellow Raw foodist here. Loved your video about being raw in the cold winter! The sun concept became a bit of a drag at the end :), but your point was well accepted.
Is Toronto a better choice for a Raw foodist to survive in winter versus Montreal/Quebec?

Hi! I took a few takes of the video and couldn't decide which parts of the "sun" concept I should keep without it sounding weird... oh well, it was one of my first few videos. ;)
I've lived in both Toronto and Montreal in the winter, and I think it's comparable. In Toronto you have more choice of Asian markets, so you can get certain fruits that you might not get as readily in Montreal. But it's really about finding the places that sell what you are looking for. :)
