As i said earlier in the comments this was played as inhouse game, without delay because delay reducer programs were not so popular back in the days and this also was played with my friends who were starting to learn the game.

@dobebs you probably want mortred to use "hadouken" followed by series of kicks and punches finishing pudge with an awesome "tatsumaki senpukiaku" (the kick ryu gives while he's spinning around) that's what you mean by combo?
