Well, did you ever consider minting a comic premise instead: it's basically short-verse for a long term. I mean, if Sam Jackson, Jean Simmons, Jennifer Love Hewitt can crank out a palatable premise I'm sure you can. It doesn't have to be a gristly grandiouse epic like The Crow; it could be something light and fluffly and outrageously nonsensical, like 'Sugar Shock' by Joss Whedon. (look it up online if you have the time; its basically josie and the pussycats on acid in space)

Since Hbi tried to write a novel and realized the outlet to do Abridged writing on Berserk instead. Now that Berserk is finished, maybe he could write the Making of Berserk Abridged. Hell I'd buy that if it was published.
