Yes it does run that fast remember this was prior DR and SR was so far the fastest hero with base speed since they have quickness and they have+speed on elude. And no... is not 2x edited if you watch at 1:14 when he use the broadsword you can notice the slow animation on headsplitter... it looks like slomo but it is the real attack animation time... there you can see and realize this video is not 2x edited

dont think you'd need Focused Accuracy. Tactics, and Focused Senses would give you that perc if you put a perc+ io in tactics you shouldnt have any trouble seeing anything. A friend of mine has a blaster that only has tactics with a perc+ io in it and he can see past my Hide+Stealth+Stealth Io without a problem. Focused Senses is just another givin. Also, i was in sirens call. A team mate had Tactics, and i have Heightened Senses and i had no problem seeing past perc.

ill meet u there in a while my em/nin is almost 40 the rest my chars are 40 up i have a lvl 46 scrapper and a lvl 42 blaster
