All of us have been indoctrinated in one negative way or another in our childhood. We carry this negativity forever unless we manage to abort it and change the way we feel about ourselves, our values and our life. Parents and teachers had good intentions relying the knowledge they had at the time. Now we know better. We have faith in ourselves, we are invaluable spiritual beings, deserving, capable, respectful and self love is wisdom
