As for your protection; anytime you feel like it, ask for protection from Arcturians/ your higher guides, etc. Imagine you are protected by a shining light, like a bubble. I have a neighbor and several co workers who have been using telepathy/telepathic communication/ law of attraction to take advantage of me and steer me in the complete wrong direction. hope. Can anyone please tell me what the quickest and most effective way to reverse all the feelings and thoughts that those people have already harbored into meme because I'm getting drained.
