If gary DOES get extradit to the US, he won't recieve a fair trial because the ammendments and the bill of rights don't apply to UK citizens and if found guilty, could be finding himself with a bag over his head and being interrogated by douchebag soldiers in guantanamo bay on how he hacked into the system.
