If a regular childbirth/labor; or passing a kidney stone is a 8.5 to 9 (but could be considered "10"); burnt metal shrapnel in one's stomach a 10; average migraine 6 to 7; bad toothache 4 to 6;
THEN SERIOUSLY: Be a little realistic--still to at least a good 7 or 7.5 !
