Obviously an inexperienced operator. Despite having the bucket way up in the air when he goes to get a bucket of dirt the front tires aren't even touching the ground. Thats why they make em 4 wheel drive bud, so ease up on the down pressure and learn how to keep your bucket level. You can push twice as much that way and your back tires won't dig in so much.

yeah u might wanna take some safety courses before operating
traveling with the bucket in the air can cause a tip over especially if it loaded and u turn fast.
