Killer Groundhog Movie

The Mayor of Punxsutawney, PA has a cocaine and hooker problem that caused a budget deficit of 3.5 million dollars--the exact amount coincidentally of the snow removal budget for that town. To save his chance at re-election, the mayor hires an exterminator to rid the town of the groundhog so she won't see her shadow and cause six more weeks of winter. To make matters worse, the groundhog has some homicidal tendencies.
