Second Chances Chapter 31

Hey all!! I just want to say sorry for not posting in a super long time! I was on thanksgiving vacation....so yeah..im going to do a marathon tomorrow....

He looked over at me and smiled. "It is so good to see you again, Annabella! I have been going nuts without you!" I smiled at him then stopped and hugged him. He puled me close into his chest. "It feels so good to hold you in my arms again," he told me quietly. I began to softly cry into his chest. He ran his figures through my hair. "Hey, don't cry!"

I looked up at him and wiped my face, "Sorry I just missed you so much and now your hear, holding me."

He smiled, "I will never loose contact with you again, I promise." He held me for on second more then we continued walking.

"Oh! I have your phone in my bag." As soon as I said that his face went white then deep red.

"Y-yo-u." He stuttered then gulped.

"Yeah, you never answered my question though."

"What's that?" He asked.

I looked up at him but he just kept looking forward. "Do you love the girl that you wrote those songs for?"

He stopped and grabbed my shoulders, turned my toward him, "Yes." He pulled me closer and looked me in the eyes. "I love you," As he paused my heart speed up and my breath caught. "You are the best friend I have ever had, could even dream of having." With those words my world came crashing down around me. My heart was torn to shreds. He continued, "You have been through so much but through it all you were, still are, looking up, nothing could bring you down. The pain you suffered should never happen to anyone, especially one so sweet and innocent." He smiled at me then hugged me once again.

"I love you Nicolas, you saved me from my hell and I could never do anything to thank you enough." I told him, burring my head into his chest.

"GUYS!" We looked over at Joe, who had yelled at us. "Come on!"
Nick let go of me stepped in front of me, "Get on."

"Okay," I jumped on his back and he walked over to the where everyone was waiting. He let me get off, kissed my check, then went off with his brothers.
