if im dps im looking for gear that has alot of Hit Rating and Strength... Blood is good in tanking too....i have both specs and both can do good

Frost is good for pvp and so is unholy... frost does alot of burst dmg so its good !

For all the people who wanna be frost there is a macro for everything and that is::
macro=/castsequence reset=5/combat Icy Touch(Rank 5), Blood Strike(Rank 6), Frost Strike(Rank 6), Obliterate(Rank 4), Frost Strike(Rank 6), Obliterate(Rank 4), Frost Strike(Rank 6)

it really depends on the gear and weapon to get high CRIT..

unholy can tank to but froze is the best...Unholy is best for DPS

Frost is cool dps, but it's really made for tanking, currently the best tanking specc.
