@TheRichestCadaver No, the violence has actually gone down considerably in the last 10 years and by almost 60% since the 1990's in cities like Bogota and Medellin. I've actually been there, I've experienced the country first hand, I've traveled to different towns and seen it all, so I actually have a basis for my argument, you have jack shit; all you have are sources that have been long outdated, and generalizations but, if you choose to be ignorant, that's your problem.
-
@TheRichestCadaver Dude, please, you can so tell that you say that cuz you go watch i dunno...Mr and Mrs Smith, or that amazingly idiotic movie that's coming out now "Colombiana". Don't believe everything hollywood says. Trust me. Star wars is NOT real, even if hollywood says it is. by the way, if you look for some real statistics, you'll see Colombia is not nearly as violent as it was before, and how Mexico, Guatemala, Salvador, even Brazil have gotten worse. Read newspapers instead of movies.

@MrLongjohnsilver90 I know a lot of countries that had been under violence for couple of years or more. Mexico has become violent recently, but Colombia has been like this for many many years and it is getting worse. Like i said, If you want to deny it, that is your problem
-
@TheRichestCadaver Yeah and I guess you've never heard of Somalia, right? How about Sudan where there is a genocide that's been going on for a couple of years now, heard of that? Or the Democratic Republic of Congo? How about Burma where human rights are practically inexistent and human trafficking is a booming business? Shit, Mexico is pretty bad too with all those decapitations of local people who are also hung by their feet inside a car tunnel and where drug dealers truly call the shots.
-
@MrLongjohnsilver90 No country is as violent as Colombia everybody knows that, but if you want to hide it, that's your problem.
-
@TheRichestCadaver Well, you see, violence and corruption occur anywhere and everywhere. You can open up a newspaper in your local town or turn on the news and hear about eportsof armed robbery, rape , gang affiliated violence, and political corruption all in the same place. The U.S. may be a great place to live in most of the time but surely you will hear about those things occurring thoughout, especially in the bigger cities. So, unless you've actually BEEN to Colombia than you are clueless.
