Here's a no brainer for Obama. Stop the bailout nonsense but do force ICE to do their job and make them remove the 12 million illegals from this country. This will create 12 million jobs without a bailout and we won't have to waste billions on government programs to take care of these people.
The process of EXILE should be done on all departed Illegals. Their American born children can go with them too. Who cares! They can get their citizenship in the country that their parents should have been in when they were born.
